Ongoing - Current Year <br />Only Net County Cost resulting <br />other than the staff time <br />agreement for the Storm Drainage <br />There will be no Ongoing Current Year County Costs <br />resulting from these recommendations. <br />Ongoing - Full -Year Future Cost <br />The Ongoing - Full -Year Future Cost will be for the <br />operation and maintenance of any public system when it <br />becomes available and will be paid by user fees. <br />ACTION FOLLOWING APPROVAL: <br />The subdivider must comply with all conditions of the Tentative <br />Map prior to submitting a final map for recordation. The <br />Department of Public Works will initiate the preparation of a <br />master plan for water distribution, as well as the preparation of <br />the mechanism for funding the water distribution master plan <br />facilities for the area of the Apricot Acres Subdivision and the <br />County's proposed General Plan Amendment and Zone reclassifica- <br />tion (Application Nos. GP-88-13/ZR-88-11).
