- 2 - <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />a. A test well shall be drilled within the project area <br />(ZR 87 -34 -/SU 86-12) to determine the water quality and <br />availability (volume) before the Final Map is approved. <br />The test procedures will require the following: <br />(1) Water from the available aquifer shall be tested <br />by a state approved laboratory for chemical and <br />radiological constituents specified by the <br />Health District. <br />(2) Water analysis results shall be submitted to the <br />Health District for review and approval. <br />b. Individual wells shall be installed according to the <br />Health District requirements and contain a minimum of <br />100 feet grout seal consisting of Neat Cement. All <br />construction shall be under required permits, well logs <br />and Health District inspection. <br />C. Dry potable water supply lines shall be installed to <br />San Joaquin County Public works Standards, and stubbed <br />out for each lot prior to development. <br />d. Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be <br />required for all residential dwellings within GP 88-13 <br />if either of the following conditions exist: <br />(1) The residential developments within the subject <br />area (GP 88-13) including the Traina project and <br />all existing developed parcels, reaches 50 lots. <br />OR <br />(2) Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional <br />Quality Control Board, CA Department of Health <br />Services, or the Health District determines <br />that the potable ground water is impacted <br />with chemicals or radiological constituents that <br />exceed the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of <br />Title 22 CAC, or the Recommended Action Levels <br />(RAL) as designated by the State. <br />RM <br />(3) Test well results, as reviewed by the Health <br />District, indicate that water does not meet <br />water quality standards. <br />
