SU -86-12 (APRICOT ACRES); AND <br />BOARD ORDER DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO: <br />(1) DEVELOP A_ MASTER PLAN AND FUNDING MECHANISM FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC COMMUNITY WATER SYSTEM, AND <br />(2) DEVELOP A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />DETERMINING WHETHER A_ PRIVATE OR A_ PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE <br />DISPOSAL SYSTEM IS THE APPROPRIATE METHOD TO PROVIDE DRAINAGE <br />(FIFTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) <br />Dear Board Members: <br />IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br />That the Board of Supervisors, by Board Order, deny the appeal <br />of the conditions of approval for Major Subdivision Application <br />No. SU -86-12 (Apricot Acres) and modify the conditions of <br />approval as follows: <br />1. The Developer shall enter into an agreement with San Joaquin <br />County to pay fees for the construction of a public community <br />water system. (The details of the agreement shall be in <br />accordance with the attached Exhibit "A".) <br />2. The Developer shall install "dry" water lines within the <br />limits of the subdivision which will conform to the proposed <br />Master Plan. (The requirements of the "dry" water lines are <br />detailed in the attached Exhibit "A".) <br />3. The Developer may install individual private wells for each <br />lot on an interim basis in accordance with Local Health <br />District requirements. (The requirements are detailed in the <br />attached Exhibit "AI'.) <br />
