He suggested, as <br />an alternative, that there be a main road for a buffer between his <br />property and the surrounding residential development. <br />A letter from Bernard and Monique Etcheverry was submitted in favor of <br />zoning 410 acres Rural Residential. <br />PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED <br />Comm. Morri said he concurred with the need for homes in the area. He <br />suggested that the area from Valpico to Linne, and from MacArthur to <br />Chrisman, be designated Rural Residential. <br />Comm. Carter said that the map that was submitted by Mr. Olmstead <br />should be included in the EIR. <br />Comm.
