NUTES FROM THE JULY 16. 1987 PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING <br />H.1 Land Use Compatibility. The Draft EIR discusses land use compatibility <br />impacts on page 3.1-9 and discusses these impacts as being significant on page <br />5-1. The use of the main road as a buffer between Mr. Costa's property and the <br />surrounding residential development should be considered. <br />Other comments made at this Planning Commission hearing relate to the proposed <br />General Plan Amendment rather than the Draft EIR and, therefore, no further <br />response is necessary. <br />2-3 <br />
