PC: 9-10-67 — <br /> ZR-67-3t/SD-86-12__-_:--_.:�'" . . ; <br /> Inasmuch as the Board of Supervisors has determined that the <br /> Valpico Rural Residential Area should be expanded, it is <br /> appropriate that all new development within the expansion area <br /> meet current ordinance requirements . This means community <br /> water and storm drainage facilities to serve the approximately <br /> 200 residences that would be permitted under RR-65 zoning . <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS : <br /> An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared on the Trains <br /> Brothers General Plan Amendment . The Final EIR was certified by <br /> the Board of Supervisors on August 27 , 1987 . As part of the EIR <br /> certification, a Finding of Significant Impacts and a Statement <br /> of Overriding Considerations were adopted. <br /> The EIR also proposed mitigation measures to address potentially <br /> significant environmental effects which could be eliminated or <br /> reduced to acceptable levels. Conditions of approval have been <br /> proposed to address these issues. <br /> 1 <br /> -15- <br />
