PC: 9-10-87 ^ ZR-87-30SD-86-12 _ CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL The following conditions of approval , unless otherwise noted , shall be met prior to the filing of the final map . 1 . Planning Division : a. The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real Estate should indicate the current and possible increased activity at the Tracy Municipal Airport and the related noise potential from aircraft in the project area . b. The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real Estate should reference the County ' s right-to-farm ordi- nance . c . A noise reduction wall shall be constructed along the south property line of the subdivision fronting on the Western Pacific Railroad line . The noise barrier shall reduce the noise level at the property line to 65 deci- bels, Ldn (day-night average level) . d. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Subdivision Map Act , the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents , officers , and employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents , officers , or employees to attack, set aside , void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body con- cerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499 .37 of the Subdivision Map Act. 2. Department of Public Works: a. Pairoaks Road shall be widened on the subdivided side in conformance with the standards for a 50-foot right-of-way farm or estate road. b. A taster circulation plan shall be prepared fc_ the area approved by GP-66-i/ZR-bi-34 . The interior street layout shall be incorporated into the master circulation plan and constructed to County standards for 50-foot right-cf-way farm or estate roads. C .
