Planning Division : <br /> a. The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real <br /> Estate should indicate the current and possible increased <br /> activity at the Tracy Municipal Airport and the related <br /> noise potential from aircraft in the project area . <br /> b. The Public Report filed with the State Department of Real <br /> Estate should reference the County ' s right-to-farm ordi- <br /> nance . <br /> c . A noise reduction wall shall be constructed along the <br /> south property line of the subdivision fronting on the <br /> Western Pacific Railroad line . The noise barrier shall <br /> reduce the noise level at the property line to 65 deci- <br /> bels, Ldn (day-night average level) . <br /> d. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Subdivision Map Act , <br /> the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless <br /> the local agency or its agents , officers , and employees <br /> from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local <br /> agency or its agents , officers , or employees to attack, <br /> set aside , void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body con- <br /> cerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the <br /> time provided for in Section 66499 .37 of the Subdivision <br /> Map Act. <br /> 2. Department of Public Works: <br /> a. Pairoaks Road shall be widened on the subdivided side in <br /> conformance with the standards for a 50-foot right-of-way <br /> farm or estate road. <br /> b. A taster circulation plan shall be prepared fc_ the area <br /> approved by GP-66-i/ZR-bi-34 . The interior street layout <br /> shall be incorporated into the master circulation plan and <br /> constructed to County standards for 50-foot right-cf-way <br /> farm or estate roads. <br /> C . A master drainage plan shall be prepared for the area <br /> J approved by GP-86-l/ZR-87-34 . A community drainage pond <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the master <br /> G <br />
