A master water distribution plan shall be prepared for the <br /> area approved by GP-66-1 /ZR-67-34 . A public water system <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with this master plan <br /> and the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works . Test wells shall be drilled, <br /> and supporting evidence shall be provided that demonstrates <br /> the water will meet Title 22 primary and secondary safe <br /> drinking water standards . <br /> e . A County Service Area shall be formed for the operation <br /> and maintenance of the storm drainage and water distribu- <br /> tion systems . <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. A percolation test shall be run on each lot , and upon <br /> approval , the recuired sewage disposal area shall be shown <br /> 1 on the final improvement plans . A permit must be obtained <br /> i from the Health District for the percolation tests. <br /> b. A soil profile boring to a depth of 10 feet is to be done <br /> on every third lot when the percolation tests are run. A <br /> public water supply for this development is required. <br /> c. A test well shall be drilled tc ascertain water quality, <br /> and the public water system shall be developed, approved, <br /> and accepted by all applicable agencies before construc- <br /> tion can begin on individual lots. <br /> 4. Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a crading permit issued by the <br /> j Building Inspection Division prior to performing any <br /> i excavtion or filling of earth material. <br /> i <br /> b. The grading plan shall ccnta_ the —`crmation listed in <br /> the D .E. C . , Appendix., Charter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> ! and elevations of the adjacent parcels . P.etain.ng wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> M <br />
