All development within the subdivision shall conform to <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Floodplain, Combining <br /> Zones (Title 9, Division 8, Chapter 1, San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code) . <br /> 8) This map is approved for eighteen (18) months. <br /> 9) All trees with a diameter of 12" or greater shall be retained. <br /> 10) Noise mitigation shall be provided to reduce the noise level along p <br /> Highway 99 //tw�o 65 dB or less. <br />
