(c/o Baumbach & Piazza) , FOR A 102 LOT <br /> !i�2 RURAL RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF JAHANT ROAD, <br /> C ? �, WEST OF HIGHWAY 99, COLLIERVILLE, NORTH OF LODI, COUNTY OF SAN <br /> o ic JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> �� Z _r <br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 1981, the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution <br /> PC-82-5, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-81-10 <br /> of BEN SCHAFFER, ET AL. (c/o BAUMBACH & PIAZZA) , for a 102 <br /> lot rural residential subdivision, on the north side of Jahant <br /> Road, west of State Highway 99, Collierville, north of Lodi, <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California ; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 4, 1981, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of SEPTEMBER 3, 1981, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. <br /> for a public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 3, 1981, said matter was taken under <br /> submisa+_t+n- and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. S-81-10 of BEN SCHAFFER, et al. , be, <br /> and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows : <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved <br /> by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior <br /> to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 3. If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin, insuring <br /> the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. <br /> ( e 4. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 <br /> z <br /> of Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the <br /> 0 ' 9 subdivision.
