The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the County and provide adequate drainage for the improvements (development) . In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. 10. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. 11. The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any area - 2 -
