Terminal drainage shall be provided. <br /> The drainage system shall meet the requirements of <br /> the County and provide adequate drainage for the <br /> improvements (development) . The acceptance or approval <br /> by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the <br /> developer or his engineer of the responsibility of <br /> providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> B. Fire protection shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and Woodbridge <br /> Fire District; property shall be annexed to one fire <br /> district. <br /> C. Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform <br /> to the requirements of the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District and Ordinance No. 549. <br /> 7. A . Public utility easements shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone and <br /> Telegraph Company and all other public utilities. <br /> Dedication of 4 ' wide PUE on all 60 ' street frontages <br /> and 7 ' wide PUE on all 50 ' street frontages, on the filed <br /> map. <br /> B. The undergrounding of utilities shall be required <br /> under the provisions of Section 9-1731 of Ordinance 263, <br /> in order to reduce hazards to air navigation. Location <br /> of overhead utilities shall be as prescribed by Section <br /> 9-1733 of Ordinance 2634. <br /> In order to reduce hazards to air navigation, over head <br /> utilities along Jahant Road shall be prohibited. <br /> 8. The minimum net lot area shall be 100, 000 square feet. <br /> 9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as <br /> amended, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent <br /> value as defined in said section. <br /> 10. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section <br /> 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 11. The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any area <br /> - 2 - <br />
