Fire protection shall be in conformance with the require- ments of the County Fire Warden and the Woodbridge Fire District; property shall be annexed to the Fire District. k. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the improvements (development). The acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the respon- sibility of providing an adequate drainage system. 1. A preliminary soil report shall be required. m. All lots shall be protected from 100 -year flood and flood hazard. Finished floor elevation shall be at or above the intermediate regional flood elevation as determined by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Final Map shall note and delineate any area subject to an intermediate regional flood (100 -year flood) or other flood hazard. n. Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific Gas and Electric Company and any other public utility com- panies. o. All utilities serving this development shall be underground. Local Health District: a. Construct individual wells under permit and inspection of the San Joaquin Local Health District. b. Construct individual sewage disposal systems under sanita- tion permit and inspection by the Local Health District. c. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval. A permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required. d. An improvement plan must be provided showing the location of the proposed well sites and sewage disposal areas prior to the recording of the final map.
