Fire protection shall be in conformance with the require- <br />ments of the County Fire Warden and the Woodbridge Fire <br />District; property shall be annexed to the Fire District. <br />k. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br />requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage <br />for the improvements (development). The acceptance or <br />approval by the County of the drainage system does not <br />relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the respon- <br />sibility of providing an adequate drainage system. <br />1. A preliminary soil report shall be required. <br />m. All lots shall be protected from 100 -year flood and flood <br />hazard. Finished floor elevation shall be at or above the <br />intermediate regional flood elevation as determined by the <br />U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Final Map shall note <br />and delineate any area subject to an intermediate regional <br />flood (100 -year flood) or other flood hazard. <br />n. Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company and any other public utility com- <br />panies. <br />o. All utilities serving this development shall be <br />underground. <br />Local Health District: <br />a. Construct individual wells under permit and inspection of <br />the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />b. Construct individual sewage disposal systems under sanita- <br />tion permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br />c. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and <br />regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A <br />percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are <br />required for Local Health District approval. A permit for <br />the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br />d. An improvement plan must be provided showing the location <br />of the proposed well sites and sewage disposal areas prior <br />to the recording of the final map. <br />
