Any work within this easement must have prior approval of Pacific Gas and Electric Company. "We are requesting the dedicaticn of 4 foot wide P.U.E . 's on all 60 foot street frontages, and 7 foot wide P.U.E. 's on all 50 foot street frontages, on the filed map. " - Galt Joint Union School District - "Our position remains the same. The following statement was issued by our Board of Education at their regular November, 1980 meeting: We believe that we have reached the saturation point in enrollment and we cannot endorse further building in our district at this time. Lots #1, 34, 41, 42, 43, 44, 46, 47, 49, 50, 51 and 60 appear to lie within the 65 dB CNEL contour. The noise element requires an acoustical study where subdivisions are exposed to a noise level over 60 dB. - Jahant Slough crosses this property. According to the Corps of Engineers ' data, the 100 year flood will inundate the portion of the subdivision adjacent to the slough. - There are numerous trees on the property. It would be desirable to keep these trees for aesthetic reasons. In addition, the trees provide wildlife habitat and shade in .the summer.
