- -- 4 G�(��i -- Vr 17 <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-77- 14.53 <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 5-77-11 <br /> OF LEALE AND BANK OF AMERICA TRUSTEES (c/o ROBERT DOLLIVER) , <br /> MORADA, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on June 16, 1977, the Planning Commission of <br /> the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC-77-153, did condi- <br /> tionally approve Subdivision Map No.S-77-11 of LEALE AND BANK OF <br /> AMERICA TRUSTEES (c/o Robert Dolliver) , to subdivide 10. 10 acres <br /> into six parts. Parcel 1 to contain 65,380 square feet, Parcel <br /> 2 to contain 76,000 square feet, Parcel 3 to contain 70,000 <br /> square feet, Parcel 4 to contain 70,000 square feet, Parcel 5 <br /> to contain 75,000 square feet and Parcel 6 to contain 65, 380 <br /> square feet, on the north side of Shippee Lane, between 140 ' <br /> and 800 ' east of Arbour Drive, Morada, in an RA-30 Zone; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 1977, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of August 4, 1977, at the hour of 10 :15 a.m. ; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board <br /> of Supervisors did conduct a public nearing on said matter, notice <br /> of which hearing was g-Jven in accordance with law., and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed <br /> to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on <br /> the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Man No. 5-77-11 of LEALE .& BANK OF AMERICA <br /> TRUSTEES (c/o Robert Dolliver) be, and it hereby is, conditionally <br /> approved as follows : <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> P.G.&E. , P.T.&T. , and all other public utilities. The provision <br /> of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892 , as amended, shall apply.
