BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-76-4850 <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP <br /> NO. S-77-1 AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. PUD-77-1 OF LESTER <br /> E. GNEKOW, NORTHEAST OF STOCKTON# COUNTY OF SAN .JOAQUIN, STA'T'E <br /> OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on October 21, 1976, the Planning Commission, <br /> by Resolution PC-77-58, did consider Tentative Subdivision <br /> Map No. 5-77-1 and Planned Unit Development No. PUD-77-1 of <br /> LESTER E. GNEKOW (c/o Thomas Luckey) , for a 15 lot residential <br /> development on the south east corner of Shippee Lane and <br /> Highway 99 Frontage Road, northeast of Stockton, County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California, and did recommend conditional <br /> approval to this Board of Supervisors; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 2, 1976, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of November 23, 1976, at the hour of 3 :00 p.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board <br /> of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, <br /> notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br /> oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of <br /> and opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being <br /> advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br /> visors that it hereby approves Tentative' Subdivision Map <br /> No. 5-77-1 and Planned Unit Development No. PUD-77-1 of LESTER <br /> E. GNEKOW, subject to the following conditions : <br /> .l. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> reml4 rements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities to be as required by P.G.&E. ,, <br /> P.T.&T. , and all other public utilities. The provisions of <br /> Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply, <br /> 3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by the <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to considera- <br /> tion of the final subdivision map.
