Provision for storm water drainage shall comply <br /> with standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works <br /> prior to consideration of the final subdivision map. <br /> 5. Water system methods shall be constructed to conform <br /> to the requirements of the Local .Health District and the De- <br /> partment of Public Works. <br /> 6. Local Health District requirements : This proposal <br /> shall meet the requirements of the rules and regulations of San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549, including the following: <br /> a. Sewage disposal areas as determined by per- <br /> colation tests are to be shown on the final map. <br /> b. The domestic well sites are to meet the <br /> isolation requirements of the rules and regulations <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance 549. Well sites are <br /> to be shown on the final map. <br /> C. Minimum disposal area for each lot shall be <br /> recorded on the deed for restrictions on land use. <br /> d. It is recommended that the restriction on <br /> land use requirements for 12,000 sq. ft. minimum for <br /> sewage disposal requirements be published in the <br /> Commissioners Report for the subdivision. <br /> 7 . Storm drainage shall be maintained on each individual <br /> lot. <br /> 8. The minimum net lot area shall meet ordinance <br /> requirements. <br /> 9. In lieu of conveyance of part: land to the County, <br /> as prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance No. 897., as amended, <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in said section. <br /> 10. A Preliminary Soil. Report as prescribed in Section <br /> 5. 165 of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 11. Full street improvements in compliance with the <br /> Board of Supervisors ' action on street improvements shall be <br /> provided within the subdivision. <br />
