Prior to commencing construction, you <br /> should contact the local health department for specifications , requirements <br /> and any local problems. <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District recommended the following: This <br /> proposal shall meet the requirements of the rules and regulations of San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance 549 , including the following: <br /> "1. Sewage disposal area as determined by percolation tests are to <br /> be shown on the final map. <br /> 2 . The domestic well sites are to meet the isolation requirements <br /> of rules and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance 549 ; <br /> well sites are to be shown on the final map. <br /> 3. Minimum disposal area for each lot shall be recorded on the <br /> deed for restrictions on land use. <br /> 4. It is recommended that the restriction on land use requirements <br /> for 12 ,000 sq. ft. minimum for sewage disposal requirement be <br /> published in the Commissioner' s Report for the subdivision. <br /> 5. Compliance with Well Ordinance No. 1862 relative to construction, <br /> installation and inspection. <br /> This subdivision was approved with the above conditions that <br /> individual domestic wells would have to be installed under a well permit <br /> and inspection by the Local Health District; and with the condition that <br /> individual sewage disposal systems would have to be installed under a <br /> sanitation permit and inspection by the Local Health District. Soil <br /> conditions are such that leach lines and seepage pits can be installed <br /> and can be expected to function satisfactorily." <br /> STREETS AND ROADS : As of the date of this report, streets have not been <br /> completed. T e subdivider has posted a bond_ with county to ensure <br /> - <br /> - completion to county standards .
