Raja Gangadharan <br /> APPLICATION NO: SU-87-12 <br /> APN 195-120-68, 67,and 70 <br /> PROPOSAL : 36 Unit Residential Subdivision (Sunset Manor) <br /> Information: <br /> The site is located on the south side of Lathrop Road, opposite Avon Avenue, <br /> Lathrop. <br /> Lathrop Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80-feet, and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 84-feet. <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area, but will be placed in the Flood <br /> Hazard Zone when the new study by the Corps of Engineers is adopted. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> 1 . All Improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and <br /> specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works prior to approval of the. Final Map. <br /> 2. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County <br /> of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year <br /> after filing the Final Map. <br />
