The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year, or up to a one (1) year period, as the case may be . 4 . All interior streets within the subdivision shall be dedicated and improved in conformance with the standard of a 50-foot right of way urban street. 5 . Lathrop Road shall be dedicated and fully improved on the subdivided side to half of an 84-foot right-of-way, including roadway widening, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, in accordance with the adopted Lathrop Road Specific Plan. 6 . A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the development . The use of the Louise Avenue terminal line shall be supplemented with detention ponds . The storm drainage plan for the development shall conform to the Lathrop Storm Drainage Master Plan currently being developed. The developer shall pay his proportionate share of the Lathrop Area of Benefit No. 6 drainage fees,which amount to $8,080.00. 7 . Street lighting shall be provided for the interior streets within the development and along the frontage of Lathrop Road. 8 . The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 4 (Zone A) and the Lathrop Lighting District prior to approval of the Final Map to provide for the operation and maintenance of storm drainage and street lighting facilities, respectively. 9. A public water system shall be provided by the Lathrop County Water District conforming to the requirements of the Local Health District, the Department of Public Works, and the Lathrop County Water District. The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District . 10 . The public sewer shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements of the Local Health District, the Department of Public Works, and the Lathrop County Water District with service provided by the Lathrop County Water District.
