The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for the utility <br /> services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the <br /> end of the Fiscal Year, or up to a one (1) year period, as the case may be . <br /> 4 . All interior streets within the subdivision shall be dedicated and improved <br /> in conformance with the standard of a 50-foot right of way urban street. <br /> 5 . Lathrop Road shall be dedicated and fully improved on the subdivided side <br /> to half of an 84-foot right-of-way, including roadway widening, concrete <br /> curb, gutter and sidewalk, in accordance with the adopted Lathrop Road <br /> Specific Plan. <br /> 6 . A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of <br /> the County and to provide adequate drainage for the development . The use <br /> of the Louise Avenue terminal line shall be supplemented with detention <br /> ponds . The storm drainage plan for the development shall conform to the <br /> Lathrop Storm Drainage Master Plan currently being developed. The <br /> developer shall pay his proportionate share of the Lathrop Area of Benefit <br /> No. 6 drainage fees,which amount to $8,080.00. <br /> 7 . Street lighting shall be provided for the interior streets within the <br /> development and along the frontage of Lathrop Road. <br /> 8 . The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 4 (Zone A) and the <br /> Lathrop Lighting District prior to approval of the Final Map to provide <br /> for the operation and maintenance of storm drainage and street lighting <br /> facilities, respectively. <br /> 9. A public water system shall be provided by the Lathrop County Water <br /> District conforming to the requirements of the Local Health District, <br /> the Department of Public Works, and the Lathrop County Water District. <br /> The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for <br /> fire protection in conformance to the requirements of the County Fire <br /> Warden and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District . <br /> 10 . The public sewer shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District, the Department of Public Works, and the <br /> Lathrop County Water District with service provided by the Lathrop County <br /> Water District. <br />
