San Joaquin Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />RE: North County, Foothill and Corral Hollow Landfills <br />This Department accepts the proposed testing method in your letter dated February <br />1, 1994. Per your conversation with Carol Oz, the proposed testing method will be <br />accepted at all of the County landfills. <br />The),andfill gas monitoring testing must be done quarterly and shall include the <br />following: <br />1. Inside all structures (ambient air). <br />2. Subsurface perimeter testing every 1000 ft. <br />The site will be in violation until methane gas testing begins.
