Unsaturated Zone Monitoring <br /> Unsaturated zone monitoring shall be incorporated into any expansion of the footprint <br /> after 9 October 1993. Soil-pore liquid samples shall be analyzed at the frequency and for <br /> the monitoring parameters specified in Table IV. <br /> Unsaturated Zone monitoring reports shall be submitted with the corresponding quarterly <br /> ground water monitoring and shall include evaluation of potential impacts of the facility <br /> on the unsaturated zone and compliance with the Water Quality Protection Standard. <br />
