As promised, this letter memorializes that <br />conversation. <br />The County's deposit to the closure enterprise find last year fully met the requirements of Title 27 CCR <br />Section 22225 without consideration of the increase in fund balance due to the interest earned. With the <br />earned interest included, our deposit for last year was sufficient for both last year and this year (see <br />table).
