R5-2003-0020 <br />San Joaquin County has historically demonstrated compliance with financial assurance <br />requirements for corrective action through the non expiring certificate of Self -Insurance and Risk <br />Management. However, we continue to believe this is not an appropriate mechanism for this <br />purpose, and we intend to change the assurance demonstration mechanism for corrective action <br />financial to a Pledge of Future Revenue.
