This request is made in <br />accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 27 Section 22234. Rather than burden your staff <br />and ours with numerous requests to release the funds as the project progressed, these costs were paid <br />from the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, the reimbursement of which will occur on the basis of this single <br />request. <br />This partial final closure was in accordance with the following: <br />• Preliminary Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plan, Foothill Sanitary Landfill (February 2005) <br />• Module "I" Partial Final Closure Plan (May 2007) <br />• Final Construction Quality Assurance Report issued (February 2008). <br />These documents were submitted to: <br />• Regional Water Quality Control Board (Kim Schwab, Molly White, and Todd Del Frate) <br />• CIWMB Permitting and Enforcement Division (Keith Kennedy) <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) Closure Branch (Mr. Michael Wocknic) <br />• The Local Enforcement Agency, San Joaquin Environmental Health Department (Robert <br />McClellon) <br />
