R5-2003-0020) <br /> Insurance and Risk Management. Upon review, we do not believe that this is an <br /> acceptable mechanism for this category of financial assurance, and propose to change <br /> the demonstration mechanism. <br /> The cost of corrective action was estimated to be approximately $216,000.00 (2006), <br /> which was found to be sufficient per your letter of January 9, 2007. <br /> It is our intent to use a Pledge of Future Revenue as the financial assurance <br /> mechanism for corrective action at this landfill and the County's other three landfills. <br /> The cost estimates for two of these landfills are presently under development.
