This Stipulation and Judgment were drafted equally by all Parties. The Parties agree 7 that the rule of construction holding that ambiguity is construed against the drafting Party shall 8 not apply to the interpretation of this Stipulation and Judgment. This Stipulation and Judgment 9 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. 10 INTEGRATION 11 37. This Stipulation and Judgment contains all of the terms and conditions agreed upon 12 by the Parties relating to the matters covered by this Stipulation and Judgment, and supersede any 13 and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, correspondence, understandings, 14 and communications of the parties, whether oral or written, respecting the matters covered by this 15 Stipulation and Judgment. 16 MODIFICATION 17 38. , The Judgment may be amended or modified only by a writing signed by the parties or 18 their authorized representatives, and then by order of the Court. 19 KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY STIPULATION AND JUDGMENT 20 39. Each Party to this Stipulation and Judgment acknowledges that the Party has 21 reviewed all of the terms and conditions of this Stipulation and Judgment, and has agreed to this 22 Stipulation and Judgment knowingly and voluntarily. 23 AUTHORITY TO ENTER STIPULATION AND JUDGMENT 24 40.
