This Stipulation may be executed by the Parties in counterpart originals with the same <br />force and effect as if fully and simultaneously executed as a single, original document. The <br />Parties agree that all genuine copies of their and their counsel's signatures on this Stipulation, <br />such as photocopies and scanned copies; may be used as though originals. <br />SCOPE <br />42. This Stipulation and Judgment shall apply to and be binding upon Defendants and <br />each of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, consultants, <br />representatives, successors, assigns, receivers, trustees, and all persons, partnerships, corporations, <br />and other entities acting under, on behalf of, or in concert with Defendants, and upon the State <br />Water Board and any successor agencies. <br />STIPULATION AND JUDGMENT DOES NOT BIND ANY OTHER AGENCY <br />43. Except as previously expressed in this Stipulation and Judgment, nothing in this <br />Stipulation and Judgment is intended or shall be construed to preclude the Attorney General, or <br />any other federal, state, or local agency, board, department, office, commission, or entity from <br />exercising its authority under any laws, statutes, regulations, or ordinances. <br />COOPERATION <br />44. The parties hereto agree to execute and deliver any and all documents and do all acts <br />that are necessary or convenient to carry out the terms of this Stipulation and Judgment, for <br />example, including confirming to a title company that there is no judgment lien created by the <br />entry of this Stipulation and Judgment. Nothing in paragraph 44 shall be interpreted or construed <br />to prejudice, waive, or impair the State Water Board's right to enforce the provisions of this <br />Stipulation and Judgment, and to fully enforce or execute upon any future Court orders or <br />judgments in connection with this Stipulation and Judgment. <br />20 <br />Stipulation for Entry of Final Consent Judgment (Case No. 34-2014-00164107 ) <br />
