This collected water is valued at 4pH. When ferrous sulfate fail to crystalize and is in liquid <br />format, this liquid is placed back pickling tank for re-use. The conditions leading to the event was dry with no rain in the <br />preceding 48hrs. The water collected was from the cleanout process.
