The drain seal is designed to be used in an emergency
to prevent liquid flow into the storm drains. Based on disposal requirement I can have it disposed of two ways.
Because the polyurethane material it does not soak or store any liquid it comes in contact with. I can triple rinse,
use the rinse water in our pickling system and dispose of the drain seal as general trash.
The seal can be discarded with absorbent materials which will be profiled as NON-RCRA Hazardous Waste Solid
Soua Her
From: Muro, Claudia [EHD] [mailto:cmuro@sigov.org]
Sent: Monday, March 29, 2021 3:31 PM
To: Soua Her <souah@sumidenwire.com >
Subject: RE: Request to Reuse Rinse Water
1
