01 0 <br />must provide a detailed schedule for all aspects for this project from design, implementation, <br />operation and projected date of cleanup. <br />County Response: <br />The County provides the following schedule for work beginning within 10 days from approval of <br />the Revised EFS: <br />Phase 1 <br />• Finalize ROI investigation work plan — 30 days <br />• Field ROI Investigation and Summary Report — 90 days <br />• Formulate VLEACH inputs — 30 days <br />• VLEACH Modeling and Summary Report — 60 days <br />• Final design of five (5) deep soil gas monitoring wells — 60 days <br />• Installation of five (5) deep soil gas monitoring wells — By June 30, 2015 <br />• Final design of four (4) LFG extraction wells and associated piping — 60 days <br />• Installation of four (4) LFG extraction wells — By June 30, 2015 <br />• Startup and monitoring of the four (4) new LFG extraction wells within five (5) days <br />following completion of installation of wells and piping tie-ins to the existing system. <br />• First monthly deep soil gas well monitoring report — 30 days from installation <br />• First quarterly deep soil gas well monitoring report — 90 days from installation <br />• Second Quarterly deep soil gas well monitoring report — Q4 2015 <br />• Third Quarterly deep soil gas well monitoring report — Q1 2016 <br />• Fourth Quarterly deep soil gas well monitoring report — Q2 2016 <br />Phase 2 <br />• Design up to eight (8) additional LFG extraction wells if needed— Q1 2016 <br />• Install and Operate additional LFG extraction wells — Q2 2016 <br />This installation will also require approval from San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department and perhaps other agencies.
