Water Board Question: The County's financial assurance mechanism for Corrective Action is a
Pledge of Revenue. However it was apparent that the County was unsure of the ability to access
these funds. Therefore, the revised EFS must also provide a discussion about what amount of
financial assurance funds are currently available to the County for this project.
County Response:
The County began a Pledge of Revenue program in 2008 under the auspices of CalRecycle. The
2014 Annual Corrective Action pledged was $61,607.
