Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton,CA 95205-6232 <br /> SUBJECT: State Inspection Report for Foothill Landfill,Facility No.39-AA-0004 <br /> Dear Ms.Turkatte: <br /> Pursuant to Division 30,Public Resources Code(PRC),Section 43220,staff of the Department of Resources <br /> Recycling and Recovery(CalRecycle),conducted an 18-month inspection of the subject facility on October <br /> 23,2015,in conjunction with Robert McClellon of your staff.A copy of CalRecycle staffs inspection report is <br /> enclosed for your records.A copy of the enclosed inspection report has also been forwarded by e-mail to the <br /> facility operator. <br /> Our purpose of this inspection is to evaluate whether the Local Enforcement Agency(LEA)is appropriately <br /> applying and enforcing State Minimum Standards(SMS)at solid waste facilities within in its jurisdiction. <br /> Therefore,this letter and the inspection report provides recommendations and/or directions on compliance <br /> issues observed during the facility inspection. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the PRC,the terms and <br /> conditions of the Solid Waste Facility Permit,Title 27,California Code of Regulations(27 CCR),and Title 14, <br /> California Code of Regulations(14 CCR). <br /> There were no violations or areas of concern noted during this inspection. <br /> Your agency's cooperation during the recent inspection is appreciated.
