Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. At the active face, litter was observed being blown around the area. It is recommended that a litter fence be installed <br /> around the active face to control the litter. <br /> 2. Gas monitoring was conducted with two perimeter gas wells and the following was recorded: <br /> SG-119: (S)0.0% CH4-0.4% CO2-21.8% 02-77.8% BAL <br /> (1)0.0% CH4-0.6% CO2-21.3% 02-78.1% BAL <br /> (D)0.0% CH4-0.5% CO2-21.1% 02-78.4% BAL <br /> SG-120: (S)0.0% CH4-0.6% CO2-21.4% 02-78.0% BAL <br /> (1)0.0% CH4-0.5% CO2-21.3% 02-78.2% BAL <br /> (D)0.0% CH4-0.5% CO2-21.2% 02-78.3% BAL <br /> 3. Dust control (water truck)was observed at the active face and on the surrounding roads. <br /> 4. There were very few birds observed at the active face. <br /> 5. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 6.
