This is a repeat area of concern. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Routine monthly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. Employees were observed wearing personal protective safety equipment. <br /> 3. No issues with the leachate tank was observed. <br /> 4. No issues with leaking leachate lines were observed. <br /> 5.
