<br /> 1. The wind was strong the last 2 days. According to the operator,the litter was blown offsite. The operator had picked up all the off-site litter. At
<br /> time of inspection,there was no off-site litter. The crew was picking up the litter on site.
<br /> 2. The operator had submitted the as-built plan for the contruction and installation of the new gas probes. The operator had not demontrated the
<br /> functionality of those probes.
<br /> 3. The concentrentration of gas in SG 113,114 and 115 were 0%.
