COMPLAINANT SAVED THE MOLDY HULLS IF THE INSPECTOR WATS THEM. COMPLAINANT STATES THE <br /> LABEL ON THE POPCORN SAYS IT WAS MADE IN THE BAKESHOP AND THERE IS ALSO A CALIFORNIA CANCER <br /> LABEL/STICKER ON IT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed that 1 bag of Chicago Style popcorn on the market shelf had a gap in the seal at the top of the <br /> bag. Discard this item and ensure that the bags/packaging of food items provided for sale are properly sealed to protect <br /> from contamination. Corrected on site, the bag was removed from sale and discarded. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. (113984(a,b, c,d, t), 113986, 114060, <br /> 114067(a, d, e,j), 114069(a,b), 114077, 114089.1 (c), 114143(c)) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Manager was not aware of complaint. <br /> The popcorn sold at the bakeshop is made at the warehouse and is delivered to the facility. <br /> Went through a bag of Chicago Style Popcorn and a bag of Cheddar Cheese Popcorn and examined the interior of the <br /> popcorn, seed, and hull.
