The project site is located on the south <br /> side of Jahant Road, 2310 feet east of Bruella Road, north of <br /> Lockeford (Supervisorial District 4) . <br /> 6.b. MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. MS-92-208 OF PRAKASH & <br /> JAKENDER SINGH (C/O MONTE SEIBEL) to divide a 10-acre parcel into <br /> two 5-acre parcels. The project site is located on a private drive <br /> 700 feet north of Jahant Road, 1900 feet east of Sowles Road, north <br /> of Lockeford (Supervisorial District 4) . <br /> 6.c. MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. MS-92-177 OF PATRICK <br /> RIDDLE, ET AL (C/O BAUMBACH & PIAZZA) to create four 10-acre <br /> parcels from a 40-acre parcel. The project site is located on the <br /> southeast corner of Elliott Road and Collier Road, north of <br /> Lockeford (Supervisorial District 4) . <br /> 6d. MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. MS-92-190 OF MICHAEL TAX <br /> (C/O MONTE SEIBEL) to divide a 13-acre parcel into two parcels of <br /> five acres and eight acres. The project site is located on the <br /> northeast corner of Sowles Road and Peltier Road, north of <br /> Lockeford (Supervisorial District 4) . <br /> Associate Planner Loree Goold introduced a staff report into the <br /> record for these four items. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED <br /> 6.a. MS-92-209 : Monte Seibel (224 S. Avena Avenue, Lodi) was <br /> present to represent James and Deanna Ham. He said they agreed <br /> with the Conditions of Approval and they will construct a drainage <br /> ditch parallel to the road and it will be maintained. The drainage <br /> will end up in Gill Creek. <br /> 6.b. MS-92-208 : Monte Seibel was present to represent Prakash & <br /> Jakender Singh. He explained the proposal for drainage on the <br /> property. He said that drainage ponds will detain the flow. The <br /> flow will be metered at the same rate as pre-construction. <br /> 6.c. MS-92-177 : Terry Piazza (323 W. Elm Street, Lodi) was <br /> present to represent Patrick Riddle, et al. Mr. Piazza said he had <br /> no problems with the Conditions of Approval. He said that a single <br /> storm drainage pond will be created; both parcels will have <br /> easements to drain to the pond. The drainage ditch to the east <br /> will not be changed; and the applicant is willing to restrict his <br /> development to that extent. <br /> Bruce Blodgett, representing the San Joaquin Farm Bureau, said <br /> there are a number of concerns with this application and he asked <br /> that it be considered separately.
