Item No.'s 6.a - 6.d. <br /> PC: 11-5-92 <br /> MS-92-209, MS-92-208, <br /> MS-92-177, MS-92-190 <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declarations; and <br /> 2. Approve Minor Subdivision Applications No. MS-92-209, MS-92-208, MS-92-177, and MS-92- <br /> 190 with the Findings and Conditions of Approval given In the staff report. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and <br /> Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the proposed subdivisions are consistent with the <br /> 2010 General Plan and the Policies of the Umlted Agriculture designation on the <br /> General Plan Map. There are no Specific or Special Purpose Plans. <br /> 2- The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and <br /> any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • This Finding can.be made because all lots will have the minimum required frontage <br /> on County maintained roads or access to a County maintained road via a 25-foot-wide <br /> strip of land, and all lots will meet all minimum Improvement requirements. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> This Finding can be made because the proposed lots have sufficient area to build <br /> residences and to provide on-elle services. On-site drainage will be provided If <br /> terminal drainage Is not available. <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> This Finding can be made because the subdivision of the parcels Is within the <br /> maximum allowable density for areas designated Limited Agriculture. <br /> 5. The design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial <br /> environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat <br /> • This Finding can be made because the initial Studies prepared for these projects <br /> Indicated that there will be no significant adverse Impacts on the environment or upon <br /> threatened or endangered species. <br /> -7- <br />
