RCSI. Page 2 — Change San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division to San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department. <br />2. RCSI. Page 11— EHD suggests that all already composted digestate be placed in the aerated pile system <br />to avoid any mishandling or judgmental calls. <br />3. RCSI. Page 15 — The CompDog system was added to the RCSI. The RCSI indicates that the CompDog <br />system is described in Appendix D. But it is not shown in Appendix D. Provide information to the EHD. <br />4. RCSI. Page 19 — Change facility name to Tracy Material Recovery & Transfer Station (see application). <br />5. GIMP. Page 1- Change facility name to Tracy Material Recovery & Transfer Station (see application). <br />6. Appendix G (Load Checking Program). Table of Contents. 11.6 — Signage — Change to 11.7 on page 17. <br />7. Appendix G (Load Checking Program). Page 1— Correct "The primary objective of the Program is to <br />reduce, to the extent possible, the acceptance of household hazardous waste..." <br />Please, submit to the EHD corrections that address the above noted items within 7 days.
