According to The Poster, sytling <br />gels should be placed in the State Toxic HW tote. Lucia placed the gel into the State Toxic HW tote. <br />- Three aerosol cans- an Indie Hair hair spray, an Indie Hair spray glue, and a Joico Power Spray finishing spray - <br />were found in the State Toxic HW tote (IMG 3627, 3634-3637). According to The Poster, aerosol metal cans should <br />be placed in the Flammables HW tote. Lucia placed the aerosol cans into the Flammables HW tote. <br />- A bag containing an item wrapped in absorbent was found in the State Toxic HW tote and was labeled as "Freeze <br />Shine Hairspray Leaker" (IMG 3640). Lucia provided the SDS for this item, John Paul Mitchell Systems: Freeze And <br />Shine Super Spray, from the Sally Beauty SDS application, which indicates that this item is flammable (IMG <br />3641-3642). According to The Poster, hair spray including non -aerosol hair spray should be placed in the <br />Flammable HW tote. Lucia placed the hair spray into the Flammables HW tote. <br />- Four containers of Gelish Dip Powder for nails, containing benzoyl peroxide, were found in the State Toxic HW tote <br />(IMG 3643, 3645). According to The Poster, items containing peroxides should be placed in the Oxidizers HW tote. <br />Lucia placed the Gelish Dip Powder into the Oxidizers HW tote. The Oxidizer HW tote label did not include this type <br />of item as part of the contents of the tote (IMG 3647). <br />All of the items listed above were identified as waste by Lucia Landeros at the time of inspection. <br />The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar with proper <br />waste handling and emergency procedures. <br />Provide proof of training and training materials to the EHD for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous <br />waste. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />109 <br />CCR 66262.23(a)(4) Failed to send generator manifest copies to DTSC within 30 days. <br />A generator copy of the manifest number 017403447JJK (9/12/18) was found on site, but is not on file with DTSC. <br />The generator manifest copy shall be submitted to DTSC for every shipment on a manifest when California is either <br />the generator state or the destination or consignment state. The generator manifest copy shall be mailed to: <br />DTSC Generator Manifests <br />P.O.
