FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br /> ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE ROUTE 120, APPROXIMATELY <br /> 1922 ' EAST OF AUSTIN ROAD, EAST OF MANTECA <br /> Owner : Manteca Industrial Center <br /> Application: S-81-6 <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Grant an extension to expire on June 2, 1985 . <br /> BACKGROUND: On June 2, 1981 the Board of Supervisors approved a <br /> Tentative Map to permit a 19 lot industrial subdivision. <br /> Subsequently, on June 2, 1983, the Planning Commission granted an <br /> extension, expiring on December 2, 1984 . <br /> The applicant requests a further extension. The applicant indi- <br /> cates the extension is necessary as they are "in proceedings for <br /> an arrangement under Chapter 11. " <br /> Under the current Subdivision Ordinance, a Tentative Map is valid <br /> for thirty-six ( 36 ) months after the date of approval . The <br /> review authority may grant an extension not to exceed one ( 1 ) <br /> year . If granted, this would be the last possible extension. <br />
