Full street improvements in compliance with Section 9-1612 of <br /> Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the <br /> subdivision. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be provided throughout <br /> the subdivision. Right-of-way along State Route 120 shall be provided <br /> in accordance with the 120 Specific Plan 100 ° . <br /> d. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay users fees iur the <br /> utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the <br /> County to the end of the Fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, <br /> as the case may be. <br /> 2) Public sewer, water supply and storm water drainage systems shall be <br /> provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> a. A drainaqe system small be provided to meet the requirements of <br /> the County and to provide adequate drainage for the improvements. The <br /> acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not <br /> relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility of <br /> providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> b. A public water system shall be provided conforming to the require- <br /> ments of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. <br /> The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for <br /> fire protection in conformance with Section 9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 <br /> and the requirements of the County Fire warden and the Manteca-Lathrop <br /> Rural Fire District. <br /> C. The public sewer system shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department of <br /> Public works. <br /> 3) Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Company, Continental Telephone Company, and all other public utilities. <br /> The provisions of Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, requiring <br /> undergrounding of utilities shall apply. <br /> 4) a. Access to State Route 120 from Lots 1 and 18 shall be restricted <br /> as described in Section 9-1800 of Ordinance 2634. A fence shall be <br /> constructed along said right-of-way. <br /> b. Access to the easement along the east line shall be restricted from <br /> Lots 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18. <br /> 5) A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of <br /> Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 6) This map is approved for eighteen (18) months . <br /> 7) A left-turn pocket, as approved by Caltrans, shall be provided at the <br /> Ideal Parkway access point. <br />
