Item No. 4 D/C 3-18-81 S-81-6 Page 3 c. Full street improvements in compliance with Section 9-1612 of Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be provided throughout the subdivision. Right-of-way along State Route 120 shall be provided in accordance with the 120 Specific Plan 100 ° . d. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay users fees iur the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal year, or up to a one (1) year period, as the case may be. 2) Public sewer, water supply and storm water drainage systems shall be provided throughout the subdivision. a. A drainaqe system small be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the improvements. The acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate drainage system. b. A public water system shall be provided conforming to the require- ments of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance with Section 9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 and the requirements of the County Fire warden and the Manteca-Lathrop Rural Fire District. C. The public sewer system shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department of Public works. 3) Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Continental Telephone Company, and all other public utilities. The provisions of Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, requiring undergrounding of utilities shall apply. 4) a. Access to State Route 120 from Lots 1 and 18 shall be restricted as described in Section 9-1800 of Ordinance 2634. A fence shall be constructed along said right-of-way. b. Access to the easement along the east line shall be restricted from Lots 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18. 5) A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. 6) This map is approved for eighteen (18) months . 7) A left-turn pocket, as approved by Caltrans, shall be provided at the Ideal Parkway access point.
