Mr. Vacco should therefor recieve no less than $100,000
to properly compensate him for his loss and his share of the
Lindbergs gain the result of expropriating Mr. Vacco's Land.
I should like to point out that about 4 years ago the Lindbergs
owned 5 acres that they sold to Frank DeBenedetti. That
Five was split and I now ow land live on one third of that parcel.
The Lindbergs sold land for a profit voluntarily that landlocked
their remaining parcel, which they now wishto develop by
condeming Mr. Vacco's land. When The Lindbergs sold to Frank
Debenedetti they were not forced by governement intervention
to sell to Frank. Frank obviously paid whatever the Lindbergs
wanted for this property. Just as I paid Franks price when
I bought. All of these were voluntary sales at mutually
agreeable prices. I don't think the Lindbergs now can
come forward acting like innocent victims of their land locked
situat ion seeking government intervention. They voluntarily
placed themselves landlocked. They should pay the price to
correct their error not Mr Vacco.
I also would like to bring to your attention the
Lindbergs come to you with "unclean Hands" in my opinion.
About one year ago I was seeking to add a granny flat to my
property. They objected on the grounds it would interfer with
their privacy. I have not constructed this facility because of a
change in family need.
Secondly, The lindbergs in violation of county
ordinance and without a use permit continue to operate
their gourd factory and shipping facility on their rural residendial
zoned land. They do not grow the gourd on thig parcel and
infact deliveries are brought in by semi -trailer. A
trailer sits out there as I write this. Mountains of these
unsightly gourd can be seen from my back yard.
The Lindbergs are not entitled to special services by
this county to make their development financially profitable.
Please do not take Mr Vacco's property against his wishes
on these facts.
sincerely,
Dave Pechan
- 3 -
