PC: 7-16-87 <br />SU -87-24 <br />explored consist of very stiff to hard, partly cemented, very <br />sandy silt with occasional sandy clay lenses. These soils <br />extended to the maximum depths explored and generally became <br />more cemented with depth. <br />Due to the tightness of these soils, percolation for both the <br />septic systems and the storm water drainage systems are margi- <br />nal. See the "Conditions of Approval" section for recommen- <br />dations by the Department of Public Works and the Local Health <br />District. The Building Inspection Division's comments are <br />listed in the "Referrals and Replies" section of this report. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS: <br />An Environmental Assessment was prepared for the proposed project <br />on June 23, 1987, which did not identify any significant environ- <br />mental effects.
