PC: 7-16-87 SU -87-24 Access to Lot No. 1 of the proposed subdivision will be limited to the 25 -foot -wide driveway from Fine Road and will not have access from Golden Hills Place. FACILITIES/SERVICES: Sewage Disposal/Water Supply: Water is proposed to be provided by individual wells. The Local Health District has provided Conditions of Approval con- cerning the proposed wells. Sewage disposal will be by private individual septic systems. The project site failed an initial percolation test. The Local Health District has required additional percolation tests to be performed. The District has provided Conditions of Approval for the additional percolation tests to be performed prior to recordation of the Final Map. Flooding/Storm Drainage: The project site is not located within the Federal Emergency Management Agency's 100 -year flood hazard area. Given the topography of the site and the tightness of the soils, the site could be subject to local drainage problems. The Planning Division has suggested a Condition of Approval concerning local drainage. The Department of Public Works has suggested a Condition of Approval that the project's Final Map note and delineate any area subject to flood hazard. The Department of Public Works will require that a terminal drainage system be provided that will drain into drainage faci- lities on Fine Road. In addition, the Department of Public Works will require a drainage study to determine the adequacy of the existing drainage systems for Fine Road. Fire/Schools: The project site is within the Linden -Peters Fire District, and students will attend schools within the Linden Unified School District.
