Gau, Senior Civil Engineer <br /> Public Services Division V)/� <br /> SUBJECT: COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS ITV ' <br /> APPLICANT: Linda Lindberg <br /> APPLICATION NO. : SU-87-24 <br /> APN 093-040-09, 12 <br /> PROPOSAL: A major subdivision application for a seven-lot, rural, residential <br /> subdivision. <br /> Information: <br /> The site is located on the east side of Fine Road, south of Milton Road, Peters. <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The site could be subject to local drainage <br /> problems. Dwellings should be constructed on high ground of each parcel or <br /> floor elevations should be 18 inches above natural ground elevation. <br /> Fine Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> Recommendations. <br /> 1. All Improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works. <br /> 2. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County of <br /> San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 3. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County <br /> of San Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) year <br /> after filing the Final Map. <br /> 4. Pull street improvements shall be provided within the subdivision. <br /> Vacco Road shall be 20 feet wide from Fine Road to the west boundary of the <br />
