October 23, 1986 <br />San Joaquin County <br />Planning Department <br />Stockton, CA <br />ATT d: Kitty Walker <br />RE: Conditions for Tentative Map, Tract No. 2077, Golden Hills Subdivision <br />C/O Linda Dehaan Lindberg. <br />Lot #1 - The existing water well shown on the property line must be <br />relocated to meet all of the requirements of San Joaquin County <br />Ordinance ti1662. The existing well is to be destroyed under permit <br />and inspection of the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />The proposed single family residences, individual water wells and sewage <br />disposal areas must be shown for each lot on the tentative map. The <br />maximum depth of leach linos in th•_ sewage disposal area shall not exceed <br />42 inches. <br />This tentative division of land shall meet the Reles and Regulations of <br />Sari Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum <br />sewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval.
