This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br />Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 and <br />No. 1862. A percolation test, soil profile and a min- <br />imum sewage disposal area are required for Local Health <br />District approval. A permit for the percolation tests from <br />the Health District is required. A percolation test will <br />be required on every third lot. The sewage disposal and water <br />wells are to be shown on the Improvement Plan. The Improvement <br />Plan must show location of wells and septic systems within 150 <br />feet of property lines. <br />2. The initial percolation test failed. A pit percolation test is <br />required prior to approving this application. The pit perco- <br />lation test can be performed in the first sand strata within <br />twenty-five (25) feet of ground surface. <br />3.
