The tank consists of a poly inner tank
with a steel outer shell. Tanks 3 – 7 are rectangular steel single walled units built to UL standards as noted by the affixed
stickers. Tanks 8-12 are circular steel horizontal double walled units with concrete FireGuard built to UL standards as
noted by the affixed stickers (UL-2085). Tank 1 holds approximately 165-gallons, tanks 3 and 5 – 7 hold approximately
280-gallons, tank 4 holds approximately 500-gallons, tanks 8 and 9 hold approximately 20,000-gallons, tank 10/11 is a
split compartment tank holding a total of 10,000 gallons, and tank 12 holds approximately 10,000-gallons. Tank design
drawing sketches and manufacturer drawings are attached as Figure 2.

3.2 General:
The tanks are kept in two separate areas. Tanks 1 – 7 are inside the maintenance garage bay and tanks 8 -12 are kept
outside. Housekeeping at the indoor tank storage area was poor with flammable items stored on top of multiple tanks,
no access to backs of tanks, no NFPA labels, and minimal vehicle protection. It is Required that NFPA labels be
added to each tank. It is Recommended that flammable items be moved off of tank tops and that vehicle protection
be added to the front of the tanks. additional spill buckets be added beneath the load out hose connections at tank
34/35 and at the dispenser connections of tank 36 to reduce surface spillage. Housekeeping at the outdoor tanks is
good with vehicle protection in place in the form of a concrete containment curb. NFPA and product labels are faded or
missing on all tanks and are Required to be replaced. It is Recommended that spill kits be added at both the indoor
