Planning Division: <br /> a. The floor level of all residential structures shall be <br /> raised one foot above the 100-year flood elevation, as <br /> indicated by the best available information. <br /> b. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-9261 of the Planning Title, the <br /> developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in Section 9-9264 . Arrangements for the payment <br /> of said fees shall be approved by County Counsel . <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. Revised Improvement Plans and estimates for Eagle Park <br /> Unit No. 2 shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval . <br /> b. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin which <br /> will insure the completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) <br /> year after filing the Final Map. <br /> c . A new tract number and a new subdivision name shall be <br /> assigned. <br /> 3 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit shall be issued by <br /> the Building Inspection Division prior to the performance <br /> of any excavation or filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B. C . , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision gradingin excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br />
